Hello everybody! If your life is anything like mine your weeks are crazy and you don’t have time to cook healthy meals. To save time you throw something like a hot dog or a hot pocket in the microwave. Not the healthiest right. Well I was browsing through my cookbooks and realized I could cook some of these meals ahead on Saturdays when I have more free time and have the best of both worlds; quick easy meals and a balanced diet. So I am going to share some of these recipes with you and the link to where you can find the whole cook book in case they peak your interest. Velveeta Ranch Dip

1 lb (16 oz) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 container (8 oz) BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1 cups KRAFT Ranch Dressing

MIX all ingredients in microwaveable bowl.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 6 min or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 2 min.

Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables or your favorite NABISCO Crackers.
