Ritz Cheesy-Crab Topper
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. KRAFT 10O% Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 drops hot pepper sauce
48 RITZ Crackers
MIX all ingredients execpt crackers; cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour.
SPOON about 1 tsp. of the crabmeat mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
